Post Army view on map configuration

a few changes to how we view armies on the map

1.- allow us to change the names of it (instead of Army 1-2-3-4...)
2.- allow us to change the icon (for elven its a sentry for all armies, or at least make it so the most units or higher level units of that army set the icon)
3.- relocate the armies... let us change the location of that army in the top left bar (it will allow to organize the armies how we want, for example first combat then non combat, a drag and drop would be nice)

1. You can name armies. When in the transfer units window click on the name
2. I'll see what we can come up with.
3. This is not currently possible. But its not really needed either since you can name armies.
