Default Network Speed?

Hey everyone. I'm having a bit of trouble with redownloading the game.

I uninstalled DoF a while back due to HDD space and me not playing it enough. Recently I saw the expansion and the game seems worth another go. I went to redownload the game, but here is my main issue:

The download speed is going excruciatingly slow (averaging under 200 KB/s). This happens whether it is a direct Main Client Download, a mirrored Main Client Download, as well as the Mini DoF Installer.

I did a speed test to check and see if it was on my end, and I get back 10 MB/s. I also tried downloading different things and these downloaded at around the above speed.

For whatever reason, something apparently is limiting the download speed. Would this be due to the high volume of players downloading the new patch, something else on your end, or something I am not noticing on my end (open to suggestions)?

Thank you for any help provided!

P.S. - If this was answered/discussed elsewhere, I apologize. I tried searching for an answer but saw nothing.

Maybe for you lol...Its been 7 hours and I'm not even 1/2 of the way. I suppose it is on their end...would have been nice to have an official reply though. Maybe tomorrow? Oh well.

Still can't get a decent speed. I've reset the router, restarted the download (from multiple sources), and made certain there is no strain on the network at all. Now I'm getting a hefty 1 B/s...I'm at a loss for words.
