Default Upcoming Empire Update Suggestion

The title says but most of what I want to get out here.

After talking on the game about the upcoming empire update, I read the details about this update on Steam before logging in to keep up-to-date about this announcement about the Empire update. And one sentence about the update caught me off-guard thinking that we would be able to build our own cities on the world map. And I had that thought for quite a while since I read it. This is what it said: "Control up to 30 Towns - players are now able to control and maintain up to 30 towns on the World Map, including their starting homeland, and all the predesigned capital towns." -copied and pasted, quoted from the Empire Update page on Steampowered.com. Oddly enough, I interpreted "control" into "build AND control" because the word "maintain" was in the sentence. Didn't realize what it truly meant until I started talking in-game about the update with another player who talked with one of the mods, and he had the same thought until the mod said that you would only be able to control the towns already on the world map.

Needless to say, we were both disappointed at two completely different times- he was disappointed when he found out, and I was disappointed when he brought the news to me. When I first bought the game on Steam, and read it's description, I thought it more like a massive online 3D empire building game that would've made my own strategy experience absolutely amazing, but no- only to find it's not exactly all-out strategy where you can build a massive empire (aside from controlling the towns already there, I'll give you guys credit for that), but only to find out this game is more about the strategy genre of King of the Hill, where you would need a massive amount of men and siege units to hold the everlasting heck out of just ONE city you took over until your ousted from said city/town already established, and you can't build your own unless something else comes along the way.

Now...If this idea is already in the works, and is being considered, and the work is going slowly, then I understand that much being said. However, if this update is as far much of strategy as this is going to get, then I can very much say in a very explicit and blunt manner this much: If this IS as far as the game will get, I will be very disappointed that I'll have spent what money I had left over to this game thinking something totally different than what the dev. team had had in mind at the time, that they're using to something that very much disappointed me in thinking this in this mindset. So I have certain ideas that will help with that worry that may be taken into consideration if the dev. team will take a bit to let this sink in.

These ideas are as follows:
A-Players should be allowed to build no more than up to 10 or 15 cities at best
B-New player U.I. that will help them to establish trade routes between their own cities and the cities they are holding/have captured.
C-Special units native to that city's location where said player has established in that particular city's region, costing a great many resources and Influence.
D-Certain perks native to that particular region that would give either a military-based or economic-based benefit to that city in which it was established or captured in.
E-If need be, the map can be expanded to allow more diversity in regions for players to choose from if wishing to establish their own cities (this doesn't necessarily need to happen, that's by your own choice, dev. team [I don't expect anyone to support this one part of the idea?])
F-Three Heroes native to that region, and no more than three- only one can be chosen, and each hero native to that region cannot leave that region- Main Hero from beginning of the game is not affected**

These are my concerns and ideas, If anything need be changed, let me know. Thanks for your time! -Esr213

Nice feedback! But:
A build 10-15 cities? Thats way too much. We already start with one city and we can conquer all the cities from the world map. Why do you need more? (maybe each guild could have an extra city, which would be the guilds city, these would be done for clan vs clan purposes).
B indeed ui has to be improved.
C each race has its own and unique special units, why each human region should have unique and special units? Each region already gives certain bonifications different from each other, thats enough.
D nice idea
E map must be expanded, we need new eegions for the incoming races and places where players can start on those regions. For example dwarf regions.
F i dont understand this at all, so each player would have 2 heroes, and 1 wouldnt be able to leave the region??
