Default Weird forum unread bug

This has been constant for as long as I've been here but I kinda got used to it although it wouldn't hurt to mention.
When you read an unread thread, then go back to the homepage it will say that forum is still unread even if you read all the new threads there. For some reason, you have to first exit the thread by going to the category of the forum where the thread it (i.e. suggestions), and THEN to homepage. I don't get it, and it's not really a biggie but still weird. Anybody else getting this?

Happens to me too. I have to go from the thread to say media releases, then to the main homepage.

Nope, fine for me. Only problem I have is leaving the forum index too long, then it counts all the unread threads as read.
