Default Refund

I cannot find any customer support, so therefore I post it here.

My game freezes every time someone attacks me. As the game crashes, the game declares me the loser, and by that both resources and Crowns. The list of bugs is too long, to sell this game as complete game.

Ohh by the way, did try to validate data from steam, and restart several times, with no effect what so ever.

I would like to get a refund. Please tell me how. The game is now uninstalled from my computer.

This developer is a piece of trash, i've been emailing for 3 days and have not even got a response letting me know that they recieved my email. bought some crowns, bought elites, a few hours later all the elites I purchased with crowns and got from the in game quest just disappeared. I've spent 20 dollars on this game along with 30 dollars on crowns because I actually enjoy the concept of this and want this game to get better. I'm soon to be quitting due to this horrible customer support. DO NOT SPEND MONEY WITH THIS GAME BECAUSE WHEN THEY F IT UP, NO ONE CARES. I planned on buying this for a friend, but I'm most likely not going to refer such a poorly supported game. Thanks you jerk like developers. p.s. LOOK AT YOUR GD EMAIL.

Azenya,

Are you using the Steam version to play the game?

If that's the case you might want to try to download the client directly from their website:
http://dof.reverieworld.com/download.php

Once you downloaded and installed the game all that you'll need is your CD-Key. You can find this in your game library in Steam, right click the game and select "View CD-Key".

This fixed the lag issues for me. My client never crashed though, just freezes for 1-2 seconds. But maybe this helps for you as well.

Guys, why such hard words?

I'm really sorry for your problems, but please have on your mind that this is very small team.

About refund - you have to contact Steam support, if you got game from there. Also, try to redownload game from our site. Update your drivers and check this http://www.reverieworld.com/forums/s...9823#post79823

About lost units and support - feel free to contact any online GM for a refund. Also, sometimes it takes more than 48h for support to answer, cause of bunch of new players. But they are replying to every mail.

I'm sorry to hear this and hes right you need to email steam support. On the crowns and eleite units please check your email i'm very positive youv'e been assisted if not pm me asap, and ill take care of it.

I don't know but I got help right away and I felt that this team was great at seeing to my needs a player and my frustrations as well as refunding. I understand that this game isn't made my a big company and doesn't have people spending all day waiting for complaints so I was surprised by how well my problem was taken care of. As an administrator on ACE Gaming I deal with people and their problems and I have to deal with people yelling at me, swearing at me, and sometimes wasting my time for things they notice after talking to me. I think you should be calm and understand that the moderators and devs have a lot on their hands so they cant have a constant customer support nor answer your complaints right away.

As you can see my problem was dealt with quickly and professionally but like I said before you just need to stay calm, be understanding, and you will most likely be refunded.

Yes but you had a known problem, and was rewarded. I have an unknown problem, and is getting ripped ingame. Things disappear, like my Orgre army and Royal Dragon, and bacause I was so stupid to think, that they had been slain i the defence of my city, in which my game freezes, I went to buy another Royal Dragon. The Next thing is my resources and Crowns are disappearing too... So whats the point in lvl up you units, if they suddenly disappear. Should I contact an email adress, and what good would that be to anything?

I would like to point out, that I'm not using "hard Words" I'm pretty much frustrated, because I want to play the game, but I can't - my friends refuses to buy it, because mine does'nt Work.

Hope you can see my problem?
