Question How...

I don't have an email email, i have a g-mail, so i don't want to install outlook...

i cant chat in-game, mainly because the chat widow is not there....

So unless i can email you through my g-mail, i wouldn't have a clue on how to get a refund of my market units.

Also the problem still is there....

even after not being on my computer or the game for more then 12 hours, the problem is still there, so I'm not sure on what is going on, but my Elf's at the moment are screwed, because i cant do anything on them, without making the problem worse, and i don't want to try going on my Orc's or Human's encase this problem spreads to them. They have market units like dragons etc. Also, so I'm at a complete loss on what to do here.

All i can do is wait now.

Thanks in advance.

Red face This Mornings Log File

Here is this mornings log file, after i tried re-installing the game and validating the files.

The problem still is there but only for my Elf's, And i don't want to try it on my human's or Orc's, encase it spreads to them.

Hope this recent Log File helps.

About chat problem:

To fix this you would need to delete the Local Saved Data File
1) Click on the organizer button in any folder. And select Folder and Search options. Go to view, and under Hidden Files and Folders, or Drives - click show hidden files.
2) Now navigate to C:/users/YOUR USERNAME/AppData/local/DoF/
3) In that file, locate and delete file called local_saved_data

And about email - you don't have to get Outlook to send email. Just write new email using Gmail, copy/paste mentioned email address and that's it

Unhappy Local Saved Data..

I did what you said, i deleted the local Saved Data. but once i deleted it and started up the game and went back onto my Elf's, the chat window was still missing.

And a new local saved data appeared.

Honestly i don't know what really is going on with it, my Elf's are not playable at the moment.
I could try and see if it will happen on my Human's or Orc's but then again i would not want this problem to happen to them and for them to lose their dragons etc..

So I'm at a complete loss, and I'm starting to see the same problem, just a tiny bit different on what units they lose, with other player's, ever since the new patch.

So i would like to get my units i lost back, but, seeing as this problem of them vanishing hasn't gone away, they might just vanish again if i try, so i will just wait till then, i guess, till this problem goes away, then ill ask for a refund on my units that i lost.

Here is the recent log, if you need it.
And i thought i might just add a screen shot of it, (In picture i do have an army selected near my town).
