Here is a question: Do you think that we will ever have server splits on dawn of fantasy because on wc3 there a lot of server splits (stupid blizzard people don't take care of us)

A server-split in Warcraft III occurs in rare occasions and causes one game to branch into two games. For instance, suppose we have a 6-player game and a server-split occurs.

Suddenly, players 1 and 2 see players 3,4,5, and 6 lag out of the game. Players 3,4,5, and 6 see players 1 and 2 lag out of the game. The game was server split, and some players ended up on one server and some on another.

This issue, as far as I'm aware, is unique to Warcraft III.

I have seen it occur in several games just not labeled as such, they are generally FPS though where a few people will 'lag' out of the game and suddenly their in a game either by themselves or with a lower number of people :/
I remember one occasion on Halo3 where in a 4v4 team slayer it split me vs 3 and my 3 teammates vs 1... unsurprisingly I lost my game...

I saw Konstantin say somewhere that server splitting will be implemented in one of the patches following the release.

I'm fairly sure the developers will make a serious effort to prevent this from happening.
