invalid username or password

Please help,

I bought the game true steam and installed it.
After some trouble with the key it finally worked and i created an account to play online
I played the game for some time and i logged out
Now i want to log in and the game says "invalid username or password"
I'm sure i typed in the right one, because i put the option "remeber" on
I did not receive any mail from the game after creating my account too
Maybe i typed my email adress wrong?
And as my key is in use i can't create a new account to play the game.
I see no option to click if i forgot my password too??

What do i need to do play this game, i tried everything and looked for answers but found none

I see you are currently online, so I assume you got this working

Just for anyone else who has a similar issue, in-game when you go to log in there is a "Request Details" button, which will take you to this page, which you can use to recover your password and/or key.

It will send you an email, but it might go to Junk/Spam rather than the Inbox, so you might need to check there and mark it as Not Junk/Spam.

Note: both the username and password are case-sensitive.
