Game Crashed

Just lost 2 hours of game time because the game crashed. This issue needs to be resolved very soon.

It somewhat happened to me. Abruptly, a big red message appeared across the screen, declaring that I had lost connection to the server. I immediately executed an alt-tab minimization, verifying that I could effectively surf the net in the web browser : my connection was functional. (It is a very fast and very stable fiber-optic connection : it is extremely rare that it fails or slows down.) When I logged back in, a few minutes later, my situation had reverted to a few hours before : quests I had already done had to be redone.

So something along the line of the server stopped saving and they had to reset it. Or save files corrupted and reverted to a backup, ect.
