Launcher wont start

So i try to start up the game and it checks my product key for the game, the thing is it wont stop checking the product key.

We`ve started this post to keep track of the downtimes in the next 48 hours as we upgrade our servers.

And it`s down again now, but will be up in 2 minutes.

do we have to restart when we get stuck on checking key or just let it run?

I'd recommend restarting if it's stuck for more than a minute or two.
