servers down ??

Server was back up by 7.30am this morning. This time our response time was just over an hour We are getting better at this.

And a permanent server failure solution with automated restart is in the works. We are hoping to have this resolved once and for all early next week.

And here we go again - we are resting the servers, and everything will be up and running in 20 minutes (5pm EST).

Glad to see we are managing to keep downtimes under 1 hour. And really looking forward to next week - and resolving this issue once and for all.

It still says the connection is timed out and it is just about 5:30 EST. Anyone else?

Nice to see the game going along well, i would also like to add in that when the game gets released on steam that maybe you allow players that play the game to be able to be given a special status for example on the game "runescape" you have MODS like player mods that just have a symbol next to there name and are available to talk to. This is just a suggestion, maybe put it forward in a vote on the forums ? If this is a good idea.

He posted it at 9:21 and he said 20 minutes , you posted at 9:30 ..... maybe check at 9:41 ..... just a suggestion. Or at 5:41 for you i think ....

Yes, try doing something else on-line like go on YouTube and watch Russell howards good news or something .... i just watch anything or do anything else and check back on the forums or on the game itself....

And down again... Cant describe how terribly sorry we are about these constant server crashes guys. Working on getting it back up right now. And we promise a permanent solution next week.
