Dragon Sect Removed

I have removed the Dragon Sect as an option for usergroups as Dragons wont be included in the initial release of Dawn of Fantasy. However I have kept the group as an unselectable group so that in the future it can easily be re-added. All users who had this group selected have been reverted back to regular users, so you'll have to choose a different sect in under the User CP->Group Memberships.
