I think the first step to becoming an elite game company is communication with your most loyal customers. I understand that problems happen, but when they do, you need to communicate an ETA for a solution more clearly. Otherwise, we think that nothing is happening behind the scenes.

the same problem happened last night they got on it quick and fixed the problem but now same problem and no notice of when its coming back up

Once again sorry about the server downtime, we are working on resolving the issue and waking up our programmers... At the very latest server will be back up by 8am EST and we`ll be doing our best to resolve this once and for all this week.
