are spies going to be in the game and if they are what do they do?

There will be stealthier units for the elves but I'm not sure about spies.

No Spies yet, I don't think an Orc could dress up like a human anyways,,, and Orcs can smell Elven and Human meat from quite a distance away.
Elves do however have stealth capabilities, perhaps we might see some stealth yet, very good idea.

Well technically, if there would be a creature like that then yes. Or perhaps some kind of a magical orb flying around in the sky, sort of like a modern UAV.
