Default Companions

Well
so we got some Elite Units now

Unfortunately we are still missing the Two Handed Sword Fighter I for my part want to see *gg*
but well thats another Issue

Now I would like to bring up the Older Proposal I once made

Give us some Immortal Companions for our Heros

Dragons once were Immortal so the Game already has a System in Place for Additional Immortal Units

Right now I think we have 4 Quest Points where it is Possible to Award a Companion without even putting anything new into the Game

After the Tutorial you can get your First Companion
Simply being your Vice Captain and using the Graphics of the Gatekeeper of your respective Race
(when you gain the Possiblity to Fight Random Target within your own Territory)

After your First War against another Race you get the Second Companion
This can simply use one of the Generals Graphics

Then the Third after you War the Second Race
Again using a General of your Race

The last would be upon Completing the Main Quest Line
and could be a Wizard/Shaman of your Race

that would make 4 Companions for your Cause

I usually like Partys of 6 :P
so I would propose to also Offer 2 Quest Lines at the Shop
which upon Completion give you Companions

1. Being a Quest that brings you to the Dwarfen Lands and Gaining you a Dwarfen Hero Unit

2. Being a Quest bringing you into Desolate Hills and Gaining you a Nordic Two Handed Swordsman :P

Just wantet to bring this up again
after all you already showed you know what I am talking about :P

Anything useful to add or is that your attempt of humor?

I personally like the idea of having a Captian unit that could perhaps be added to your hero or lead a squad for some buffs, perhaps it could give a special tactic eg. get a archer Captain, attach it to group of ranged units and it gives ability to do a accurate volley fire or something

Sorry to tell ya but I played neither of it at all
I neither Like Science Fiction nor Comic Graphics

You on the other part seem to be quite young and quite influenced by those Games if theyre the first you associate with Companions

Just so you know
The Idea that 1 Main Character has 5 Companions making a Party of 6 Characters would be more logically associatet with Baldurs Gate

As for Captains
ye that was another Older Suggestion

Graphics (from Greek γραφικός graphikos) are visual presentations on some surface, such as a wall, canvas, screen, paper, or stone to brand, inform, illustrate, or entertain. Graphics word is derived from the word graph. A graph has x and y axis. Same way something which is created in digital word is seen on a digital screen, this screen also has x and y axis. So the output on any digital device is termed as graphics. In other words an image that is generated by a computer called graphics. The pictorial representation and manipulation of data, as used in computer-aided design and manufacture, in typesetting and the graphic arts, and in educational and recreational programs.

Examples are photographs, drawings, Line Art, graphs, diagrams, typography, numbers, symbols, geometric designs, maps, engineering drawings, or other images. Graphics often combine text, illustration, and color. Graphic design may consist of the deliberate selection, creation, or arrangement of typography alone, as in a brochure, flier, poster, web site, or book without any other element. Clarity or effective communication may be the objective, association with other cultural elements may be sought, or merely, the creation of a distinctive style.

Graphics can be functional or artistic. The latter can be a recorded version, such as a photograph, or an interpretation by a scientist to highlight essential features, or an artist, in which case the distinction with imaginary graphics may become blurred.

A Model would be the Human Paladin for example
I dont like Models which look like some Gorilla which has Fists as Big as both of his Legs together
and which has Shoulders on which two people of his own stature could dance on

I am however talking about the whole Graphic
this includes Surroundings and Effects as well as lighting

Thus Comic Graphics

For Explanation
Comic Graphics Identify themself by rounded edges and wobbled lines
textures are a little winded and physics are ignored to drastify the effect

Ah
maybe I can offer a truce and call it
Comic like Graphics
that might make it easyr to accept

Well then
anyone got something to say on Topic ?

Greetz

hmmmmm
I would ask who you are and why I ignored ya
But as it is very very rare for me to be annoyed enough by someone to actually ignore him

I.ll just assume that it was another off topic remark

Thus forgive me that I wont bother reading your post.

You've made a couple threads on this already. I suggest the mods close this thread due to Sunleader's repeated bombardment of his pointless ideas.

repeated bombardment: talking about something over 4 months ago is such aggressive peddaling of an idea. Or are you talking about the thread one from last year?

maybe if people would actually keep on topic
instead of talking aboit star wars and wow
