Fatal freeze in French languages

Hi !

I have a problem, I put the game in French, I was quietly beginning quests when in quest of trade, by clicking on the tab quests the game freeze fatally.

And now when I go to the game options menu also freeze the game, impossible to return in english.

I can not play, and it's a bit annoying
