The second picture looks like it has some clipping issues... In the bottom right corner, it looks like there has to be about 20 units all in one space, layered on each other... Will units do this in game like in other games? I know it helps pathfinding but it does look silly when units walk through each other as if they werent there...

Clipping issues will be mostly fixed, unfortunately we are saving this till after the beta starts. You can also see 1 of the rams clipping another a little bit on the first screen.

Oh indeed... I didnt spot that...

Dont worry about that, as long as it is playable then it should be fine... The point of the beta is to find flaws and refine...

And by the way... those shots were really good... The first one looked epic... Is that a common sight or not?

You'd have to change the normal view angle to get that same effect but other than that, yup. Normally it's more of a birds eye instead of that.

They look very nice! And what are those spiky bear things that the orcs are mounted upon?

Well we are currently testing having the zoomed in pitch be much lower, as seen in these screenshots

I didn't mean modify the game or anything, just that the default view when you're playing is the birds eye which is easier to actually play in but it does look amazing when you do zoom in and take the time to just watch things unfold.
