Resource cap not working correctly

This bug is confirmed for me as well. Capping at 7000

food + wood + stone + gold is capping at 7k, not allowing for much inventory at all.

I was under impression it was supposed to be food + wood + stone at 12k cap, and gold having its own separate 12k cap? like it appears to do in a army setting


23:00 EST 4/22/2012 - somewhere during one of my game restarts tonight, resource cap of 12k resources, 12k gold is back to working correctly.
