Default Continuous wall toggle broken

My problem seems to be 2 fold.

First, the continuous build wall toggle button at the grand hut (orc) seems to only appear after loading from log in, or a quest. Once the grand hut is de-selected and reselected the toggle button disappears.

Second, when it is actually there, it is unresponsive to clicks, despite having more than enough wood. Not only is my wall progress stalled (if anyone knows a manual way to upgrade walls without this button the info would be appreciated), and my wood is soon going to cap. The funny thing was I never toggled this off in the first place.

Please help. Thanks.

Perhaps I am mistaken, once the palisade is done, does the next wall upgrade continue all the way around? Or is there large gaps with palisade?

Sabre - is the problem still there?

If you could tell me your username, and town name I could take a look.

In game name Sabre, town Titan, yes I still have the problem, almost to the point I have nothing left to build or upgrade and I have half wood/palisade walls.

Thanks

Ok I`m looking into your town right now - could you please log out from the game for half an hour.

And if that`s ok I`ll get your walls to instantly complete.

Haha - ok it`s save to log back in.

Actually this is not a bug - but Orcish wall design - yeah they do get the crappiest strongholds which combines large palisade and small palisade.

While it might seem like a really bad design - it`s extremely useful in PvP - and enemy has to get through lots of weak walls which usually takes longer than just knocking down one layer of strong walls.

Ahh ok, tyvm, sorry for wasting your time, for some reason I was expecting to upgrade to stone walls at some stage but im guessing thats not the orc way. Weirdly in the selection screen I was sure they had stone walls, anyway thanks again for looking into it, and again im sorry to waste your time.

On a side note is there much further to progress? I am getting to the point where I have almost upgraded everything to max and I was under the impression it took weeks from early videos of the game long ago. Once everything is upgraded do I just build more huts?

Kudos for being so involved with the community from what I have seen on here

EDIT Ok, my bad orcs did have wood in the selection screen however it wasn't the combined palisade/wall look, all good

Orcs have by far the lowest level of development - compared to Orcs and Elves, and their building curve is much shorter.

Orcs are designed to produce units really fast from unlimited buildings they can build all over the map - and mostly be used for offense.

If you want more town development - start a human town. And glad to help
