Need Help now!!!

Hi.
First of all sry for my english and secondly im not that good with computers so if im missing smt. just fill me in.
Anyway,new here and i just installed the game yesturday.At first it was ok but when my town has expanded a little The lags appeared.Freezes,Slow game,slow load,and Lags with some pauses(it lags a lot then its normal).I tryed the RTS which it is imposible even move ur units because all u see is pictures.
I optimyzet evrything to low so that removes that my PC is weak for this.
I play other games online like Total war(Shogun 2 on medium when i play online and i dont have problem),World of tanks and some other stuff.

I use ADSL internet the basic packige.I dont have optical internet but it disent and enought fast so i dont have problems when im using it for online gaming.My location is on the Balkan(dont know wheater that mathers).

Hey! Well you're computer is barely in line with our minimum system requirements, the graphics card probably being the biggest bottleneck. I'd suggest you just turn everything to minimum/off in the Graphic Settings and lower your windows desktop resolution while playing (as the game uses that resolution as well). Closing all the other programs that might be running while your playing should help too.

Hmm tnx.I thought that it was something to do with the distance betven the server and me and high ping.And i thought that i got the right requirements for this game (quote from DoF heaven).As i sayed that i tryed on low but same.

Hector - the main problem is your windows XP, if you had Windows Vista or 7 - DoF would ran rather well for you (although on low-medium visual settings). We ARE working on a solution though to fix the lag on Windows XP - but I won`t expect it for about a month.

Oh so there is still hope well im thinking to upg to win 7 but ill see.If u say that it would run good if i have it then that is great.Tnx for reply.
