i purchased one thing through the maket how do i recieve the iteam i bought in the game?

It is located in your bank, to access the bank click the market button, then on that panel click the bank button located in the upper left hand corner. From the bank screen you can deploy your units/resources into your home city.

i just didnt notice the serial number thing or the redem code but is there a way i can recover that?

You should have received the code via the email you registered the game with, check and see if it's there. It sometimes takes a few hours to arrive.

Hmm I doubt you can cancel them (but I don't know). If you purchased a crown code and you didn't get the email I suggest you pm Konstantin Fomenko on the forums and he can sort that out for you. He can probably also just resend the email if needed. Hope this helps!

If you buy the game from us, you'll receive an email linking you to your key.

If you buy from Steam, they will provide a key.
