Default ALWAYS loosing ressources

When I log on I loose resources.

Two examples of gold loss:

3k gold the day before. When I log on it's dropped to 1.2k
Yesterday I had a bit more than 2k gold, today when I log on I only got 200 gold.

In addition to this if I log off with more resources than 6.5-7k the game will cut away the resources above that level, even when my max resource level is 12k.

All my workers are working inside my elven city (where they are supposed to increase my resources and gold while offline).

And this game is supposed to be persistent? I don't have count anymore of how many thousands and thousands resources and gold I have lost this way. Yea, sorry, I'm frustrated.

Let me add that there seems to be a difference in these two annoying bugs.

When I log on my gold income is always negative. I dont trust the elven resource income at all because the numbers are bugged. For instance I can see I earn lumber much quicker than the number and stone much slower than it's number. Anyway, for the gold, the only thing I got running that use gold is the alchemy lab, but I -should have- much higher income than the lab is using. Waiting a few mins after logging on, the negative income number on the gold income changes to a positive one, and sometimes grow to a ridiculous amount (several hundreds) even though the actual stockpile of gold never increases with that amount. - As I said, the elven income numbers are seriously jinxed.

The bug where I loose resources like food, stone and lumber is different in nature. It simply happens right away if I log off and on again. For instance I can have maxed my resources to 12k before logging off and then when I log on a moment later, the resource pile has dropped to 6.5-7k.

Aermord,

Sorry to hear about this, and lets see if we can track this down and fix this for good - I`m making a note of the regualr resources disappearance bug when logging out and in quickly. Thanks for reporting this.

Now for the gold disappearance - First I have to ask you - maybe a regular Gold Drain in your town/army causing this?

You know that once gold goes over resources limit it`s actually drained. So if your town only can store 12,000 resources, and you have 20,000 gold - it will disappear over time. And if you happen to log out with 20,000 gold, you`ll log back in to 12,000 gold as gold drain is also persistent.

The issue with loosing the gold is not because it reach the 12k cap. If you look at my examples above you'll see that it happens no matter how much gold I got.

I think it's correct that the thing causing this problem is the alchemy lab. If I log off and then on again right after I've not lost that much gold, only 10-50 gold or such. But if I stay offline for a longer time, the gold decreases accordingly.

I tried turning off the alchemy lab last time I logged off, but havent been online since. I think that might solve the problem of loosing the gold. However I still believe it is a serious bug because if I am online I gain ressources relatively fast with the alchemy lab on. However when I'm offline all my unicorns and gold miners work apparently is not enough to prevent the alchemy lab from draining my gold.

Yes - this seem to be bugged a little. Alchemy lab gives you a lot of other resource that you select while you were offline, but it does take out lots of gold as well. I would suggest for now having 2 or more alchemy labs - one on whatever resource you want, and one specifically on gold. Just make sure you have positive gold rate when you log out - and we will try to fix this on our end to make effect less.
