Im from Philippines and everytime I start my city on online kingdom mode. it will play for a while and after that it says server connection lost and boom crash to desktop. I need help, my internet is not that bad. Im playing using gamestop btw

Would start with the log1.txt file,attach it here

Possibly ping the server,maybe even a traceroute

But without more info,is hard to tell you what to do to fix it

you can find it in the Game Directory

This will give info about why the Game Crashed and those allows the Devs to lend you a hand in the matter


Dont worry
the Devs are usually pretty fast about such stuff

Try restarting you wireless router or any other router you might be using.

Try to ping game server - 50.28.14.234

Problem is definitely with the internet connection.

Yup, problem solved. I just restart my connection. sorry for ranting hehe.
