Quest bug, cannot complete "Defending Thy Home"

I have built all of my walls and all possible upgrades for them and still haven't had the prompt that i have completed the above mission.

This quest does not complete until the first time you succesfuly defend your city from a player attack(pvp)

It also relates to an old quest where you would be attacked by a small AI army, However you used to be able to put about 30 garviolas and 1 royal dragon on their spawn point...so they took the quest out. It's a one off quest so you're not stuck in any quest lines.
