hero problem bug help

So ... I was doing a quest and I failed after I came out on the world map and told me I had too many resources in arming the quest to retry and finally I tried to remove the excess resources and I found a bug that it cleared all the armies that had to go in the quest and not ... Now what should I do? I can not follow anything without a hero ... pls helpppp!!!!!

Can you be more specific please and tell what quest you are talking about and with approximation the units you used ?

sir morin-swamps i have to get into the city of orcs with my armies and get the mage... i failed that quest with my army..... i was with hero, some knights like 5 and 2-3 archers... it happens yesterday i lost all my army hero included

Hello - to confirm you have lost your hero and it`s nowhere to be found?

Try starting the game again and see if you get a new hero by your tonwhall - we have a fail-safe in place that creates a new one.

If you didn`t get a new one - please tell me you username, and townname - and I`ll see if we can fix this on our end.

restored your army, and the bug that caused this will be fixed in next patch, if anyone else is having this issue tell me and i will restore your army.

sorry to disturb but i attacked a stronghold in southmont for sir lentol and I attecked with my hero lvl 35 but after the combat wich I won my hero was lvl 15 could you help me pls.
