downloading help! :(

so i bought the game two days ago, so i went to start download it but it just says 0 out of 0 bytes and it wont go any farther!

any help would be great! thanks!

check that your fire wall is allowing access from the game to the outsid world, also your anti virus may be blocking it, just a thought!

i cant get this game to work my cd key just keeps saying time peirord for this cd key is over
