client key for online kingdom

how do i access the online kingdoms part of dawn of fantasy i have purchased the game but haven't been given the client key any help?

Did you install DoF client? Can you start the game? If yes, then your are supposed to click on "Online kingdom", create account and that's it.
About key, be sure to check your email spam/junk folder.

i bought the game from the dawn of fantasy website i have set up and ran the game all i need is the client key

The key purchased via the website should have been sent to your E-mail along with a purchase reciept, mine came in my junk mail. Did you definatley enter the right e-mail address when purchasing the game ?

If you have installed and run the game, you would have had to enter a key.

Your Online Kingdom account is created using the same key you used to install the game.
