Default Garviola bug
the garviola (spelling) plant for the elves has been glitched for me since the start of my city on slot 1 elven and forest yet i made another elf temporarily to check and it could build them so its obviously just for the one town and was hoping it could be fixed i've discussed this on chat before and it seems to be a new bug
