Problem creating account

I just bought the game yesterday and went through installation and activation pretty easily.
Game seems to work fine but when I go to Kingdom Online it tells me to create an account which I did. It keeps telling me connection timeout anyone has an idea what is the problem? Are servers down?

There seems to be some instability with the server login with all the new players trying to get in. We are working on a solution - expect servers to be fully up with-in half hour. Right now 1/3 players can`t get login/register.
