Can't play game [Fixed]

I finally decided to buy this off gamestop: My experience so far? I can't get into the game

Upon first running the updater, it tried to update the updater then crashed, restarted and it seemed to update just fine, then It proceeds to download a ton of files, at about 16k/s...something unheard of as I'm getting 200+ elsewhere.

Finally it finishes, crashes again, no error message other then this program stopped working, restart again, and it's downloading two more files.

It really looks like a fun game I'd -love- to play but...

System specs are Windows 7 Professional SP 1 not sure what else you need, yes I AM running as admin.

Seems to finally work, at least in part. Sorry for the false alarm.

Glad you finally made it in-game. The main problem was our publisher prepared the copies of the game for GameStop over two months ago and they left in couple of bugs in the updater/installer. With the final update it should have upgraded your updater to the new version so it won`t create these problems in the future.

That's good to hear, might want to push an updated copy to them eventually, glad to see the CEO take time out to answer these.

Also found an interesting situation, when I start the game and give it permission to run, it Immedately pops up with a DoFUpdater has stopped working:

Ironic thing is... right next to it, is the client updater running fine as day!

So it's not much of an issue, but I figure someone might be amused.

Doesn't win7 have more than 1 service pack? try updating the sp might fix these issues.
