DoF Splash

[Fishmonger]

my game is currently stuck on the "connecting to server.." when i first try to load up the game from my desktop. this is the second time i have ever tried to start the game. i was in afghanistan and the internet was **** so i had to wait until i came home to update the game and now it is stuck on the DoF Splash

any solutions?
