Yeah - let us know how it goes. I think if you just purchased it should be ok and they might give you a refund. And really sorry to hear your comp wasn`t able to run the game that well.

Legally they don't have to give you a refund because you bought the game and actually activated the code. However hopefully they will be kind enough to give you a refund anyway

Well there is a time to get refund without saying reason... Its just 1 week i think... However I wanted to play it but I cant.. I really hope they will refund it...

Lol if you think thats bad try Snails company.People could get costumer support that takes months and by writing super long threads on how the games they do are horrible(and they do are)+the fact they shell hundreds or thousands of dollars there.
