o.O hero's lost levels?

Ok so I logged on and saw this

My hero was actually lvl 30 before it reseted,so is it possible to raise it to 30?ty

Hey! The level 15 hero is actually what you get automatically if your hero gets lost for some reason. We have been fixing quite a bunch of causes for lost heroes with the last few patches and are hoping that this wouldn't happen anymore. You can send a message to Konstantin Fomenko for somekind of amends for your trouble.

I did and I'm a bit disappointed since I don't understand how the hero disappeared when I was off.I found this out when I was trying to do a quest and remarked hero wasn't in my army when I logged and found the guy in my town as a lvl 15.If I need to show proof that I was lvl 30,I have that since I was first 30 in game and took ss just in case some bug would happen

Hi Andrecide!

I checked with our lead programmer and doesn`t look like we have any way of making your hero gain 15 more levels. Sorry. If it`s any consolation - the hero levels, skills system is getting completely redesigned in 1.1.2 - so this loss won`t matter as much
The bug that caused your hero to disappear like that was solved in the previous patch, and this will not happen again.

oh well.How about some influence as consolation then?Not that I miss influence but it first lvl 30 in game after all. This is a suggestion btw,no need to do it necessary.
