Crashing every few mins.

I haven't played in a few weeks to give time to sort out the bug but I have now crashed 3 times in the last 20 mins. Crashed when trying to send my hero home, crashed when trying to start a mission, and crashed when leaving a npc town. With each crash my games progress isn't saving and my Hero is once again back to level 1.

I have 400 wealth saved up on this town and its fully upgraded, if its my town thats bug'd or something I can start a new one but I'd like the wealth back.

Hi, sorry for the late reply. Can you please confirm the following:

-After restarting computer, and loading this town - it still crashes every few minutes?

If so (do please test again first). Please tell me your username, your town name, and the slot it`s in (1,2,3 or 4) and we`ll take a look.

Played for almost a hour and didn't crash so thats good but now I no longer have a hero. He was sitting in my town and after I attacked Denwall he was gone. His original level was 15 or 16 before reseting twice. A note about the crashing though my hero was involed with each case the other day might have had something to due with him.

To get your hero back just log out and log back in, it`ll spawn a new one at your town - at that point it might be best to move him to the army, or he`ll go missing again.

This is a known bug - and we`ll have a solution in the Wednesday 1.1.0 patch.

Worked and got hero back at level 15. Just crashed trying to do a mission heres the log 1. Just did a PvP match before the crash after killing all his units with 14mins left the game wouldn't end until he gave up, is this normal?
