Resource Sink
Need something to do with all these mats we have laying around I can only hold 5000 as a orc and I find myself just selling it all and turning it into gold. A training building for our towns would be nice that would level units over time and eat the spare recources might be a idea.

I like this idea. You could make it slow, but it would be nice to have something to use the resources on. As-is, I've almost removed all of my peasants because it is faster to just pve and buy whatever resources I need. If the training required a trickle of resources, then it would also give peasants something to do with a fully developed castle.
