Constant Message: Server is going down

I am constantly getting the message: "Server is going down" I might be able to play for a few minutes, sometime up to 30 min, but I always get disconnected with this message. The bad thing is, I am loosing quest rewards if the message comes up shortly after i received my quest reward. I already lost my free archers, my mercenary macemen and who knows how much resources.

Most of the time when this happens to me is when my internet connection goes down. Is your connection fine?

Yeah, atm you get the same message when you loose connection to the server which is usually a problem with your internet connection and when the server is actually set to go down. I agree, it's a bit confusing. We talked about it yesterday but didn't get to fix it yet.

No, Internet is fine. I am having mobile broadband. The only thing I can think of is that if a network switch occurs, but it should not affect the game, or is it that badly programmed? I have never had any issues with online games on a mobile broadband.

Yeah looks like the network switch does make the game think the connection was lost. We will have the solution in the near future - but might only happen after a week or so.
