Orc quest bugs

Quest: Assault on Teria: It tells me to go to Ral Nistro to find Krak Urnen but he is apparently not present there.
Quest: Ambush (given by Rafas): When i enter this quest the game freezes on a black screen, much like the PvP black screen bug.
