Lost Army/Influence

I was doing a quest and my Pc crashed when entering a city to talk to an NPC after completing the Elven Love quest for the Prince and Princess. When i reloaded my online kingdom my army was missing along with my Influence points. My army was full 60 units strong with 6 units of Dwarven Marksmen, Several units of level 6+ Archers, Crossbowmen, Rangers, Swordsmen, Grand Masters, Knights, Cavaliers, Mounted Knights and around 789 Strength rating. Any way you can roll this back?

Edit: Also, it made me lose my Hero so i relogged and My hero was back but at level 1. I gained an additional Green Dragon Booster, my home town was up to date on the things i had queued but my army was still missing.

just updating the thread to see if the issue is been looked into. I will add the log of the session when it happened and the one after.

Log 4 is when the game crashed on entering an NPC city.
Log 3 is where my army and hero disapeared.
Log 2 is the aftermath and gaining the green dragon booster.

Is this issue been looked into as i really miss my Dwarves and my elite army of doom and would love to get back to my questing and leveling my hero back to 10.
