Elves max houses - bug

My elf town is saying I've maxed out the number of houses I can build, but My max units is only at 89 instead of 90. Possible bug?

I have also maxed out my elf houses and noticed this.

It magically fixed itself today while I was playing, so I assume server side database fix? =)

It fixed for me too, but I think it's because I made a second building. The one where you purchase rangers. I wonder if they also increases your population cap?
