Exactly the same problem here. After using world map and fighting with your army, nearly all orcs stop gathering stone, wood and stop building palisades until I relog and I´ve to give gathering command again and again every time I leave the city.

I could use some more information of towns that i do not have, If your encountering this bug please post at which quests your currently on or just completed before it started to happen.

I'm currently doing a quest ( i cant do rather its bugged) to contact knak unan for the secound time. i just freed his shaman buddy. and now he wants me to talk to him again. but he refuses to respond to me at all. (bug reported in another thread).

Have the quests open:
Mok Massa - Defending the tyrant
Krak Urnen - The wizard Hunt
Rafas - Contact with elves


Mok Massa and Krak Urnen are bugged, crashing the client to windows (7 64 bit) if I´m trying to enter them.
Rafas: Found the quest npc, was a long search, because of the missing ! above his head. But can´t speak with him, seems to be bugged.

Please excuse my bad english, playing with the german client...

Ahahahah My Great hut is definately turned gaia, its still producing orcs.. Gaia orcs <.<

problems fixed, will be in next patch in hopefully within 2 hours.
Unforgivably the gaia orcs produced by it will remain on your homeland, you can kill them manually i think 1 by 1, free loot right?
