Horse Cart problem [FIXED]
We either need to make horse carts attackable or make their army rating 0!
As a player can make an army of just horse carts and then if attacked the player who surrenders first loses, as theres no way to leave that fight without doing so!

I noticed this a while back and forgot to fix, was fixing so many other bugs and adding so much other features. I'm going to work on this right now.

Alright its fixed. you will be able to attack horse carts in the next patch.
