when i make a new account my product key doesnt work for the online account am i doing something wrong ??

Same issue for me as well. The code has a lot of O or 0 and extremely similar. So much so I cannot work out which is which. Nevertheless I tried combo's and keeps saying product code is invalid or expired!

Time period for ths CD key is over .
