Who dont like to kill lots of AI's?
Well back to reality, Probably the main reason of this is that it will be up to the server to run the AI's and therefore increasing the workload alot

Well if the game saves your stats for the match makeing non-MMo portion they players would artificaly boost there rateing/city level bt playing easy comp then go back to the multiplayer non-MMO game.

i was thinking like a nonranked skirmish game that didnt affect your stats or your city, but seeing as how massive this game is going to be and how long it takes to make a castle i doubt you could have a short 1 or 2 hour match.

Im not sure about that. For an example if u look at that human stronghold 15 mins into the game,
it had one wall up and had a few soldiers too. Altough 1-2hours might be a bit optimistic. Around 3-4hours should be quite realistic in medium sized game

yeah i posted a thread about this a while ago, devs said things 'may' still change , so i think there may still be some hope for AI in MP games (hopefully at least over LAN)
