Default Thanks Reverie Got a Key

Well that was a turn up

More in hope than desperation I pressed the apply button and was rewarded with a key, this is a medium spec PC so I thought to be sure I'd download it on another gaming rig.

I can imagine its going to be quite PC spec intensive with a good broadband speed needed, I'm on cable with 30 Mb/ps nevertheless its a big file download with a few hours by the looks of it.

Still not sure how this works out as it seems more MMORTS orientated with a SP Campaign, is it this part which can be purchased separately, or is the MMO part going to be by subscription?

Well hopefully after the download I can get some insight and playing time

I might be risking my key saying this, but whatever, I'll go for it.

I think there's a possibility that having an open beta with a series of hoops to jump through to get a key might turn some away from the game. In all my experiences, open betas have been a way to try out a new game as a spur-of-the-moment thing.

I'm afraid there will be at least a few people who will show up and consider 10 posts to be some sort of barrier.

Not me though. See you in game!

It might be annoying to some people, I for one am not a big fan of forums. Not sure why.
But discussing some things with the community before diving into the game isn't such a bad idea.

I agree, I'm cool with poking around a little, but I'm starting to wonder. Not to sound nosy or anything, but I've fulfilled my 10 posts, all relevant and fairly contributive. Yet the link still tells me I haven't been a member long enough.

I'm really excited about this game, it looks like it could be a sudden new favorite, and I want to start playing ASAP.

I don't understand, what do you need 10 posts for?

I think it does show at least somewhat of a commitment to the game and the ability to utilize the forums for critique an replies.

But, I wish it actually was 10 posts. I think I am sitting near 30 and still no invite.

I was told the 10-post thing by some threads lying around, but I'm over that now and still "not a member long enough."

I wanna play!
