Beta will i fit?

Now the beta is closing in and i wonder if their will be enough spots for all of us on the forum that signed up or if it is maxed out?

This open beta will allow 2000 players to get in and play. There will also be another open beta later down the road (some time in April) that will allow nearly everyone to get in. So if you don't make it into this one you will definitely be in the April one.

There were 300 spots for CB5 and 2000+ sign ups for it.

I'm not exactly sure what you are meaning when you say "maxed out". If you are saying they are maxed out as in its first come first serve and when the first 2000 people sign up, then they are gone, then I can tell you that's not how they are doing the invites. They made us give our computer specs because they want to choose different computer specs to test the game on. So if you signed up on the 28th of February, but have a computer spec Reverie wants to test, then you will have a better chance to get in over someone else who joined on the 1st of February, but has a computer similar to 300 other people.

That is the only thing that I can think of when you say maxed out. The bottom line is that no one knows who is chosen and who is not until the invites come out and they are supposed to be out by the end of tomorrow at the latest, unless something has come up at Reverie.

What i mean with maxed out means that their are more people intressted in partcipating then spots being handed out. Now if there are more people participating then there are spots i assume people will be chosen upon Computer specs and what not. But If their not maxed out we should all get a spot no ?

I'm not sure how to say this otherwise.... More people signed up for spots then there are spots available. So not all will get in.

yeah, GPS51 is probably right. Most likely there are going to be more sign ups then invites. So not everyone will get in. However, there were some posts that said if you signed up early enough...that is, to be eligible for CBV then you will be first picked for open beta.

Well at the bottom of the main forum it says there are 1,288 active users, assuming they only invite active people thats still another 700 spots, but there are the people who missed out on the closed beta which would probably put it over the 2000 mark. I guess it really depends on how they are choosing.

Neutral my thought exacly would like an offical response tho ^^ Still i signed up so early even pre beta ^^ so should be my turn still a bit worried someone missed me.
