Actually been kind of a secret to me...i was doing a search for MMO and RTS. This game seems pretty awesome i kinda figured there should be some more fanfare.

I found out about it 4 years ago when I was sitting in class bored, and was trying to figure out if there were any halfway decent games that were coming out soon, because I had grown sick of the games I was playing at the time.

I read a thread posted by tribal_warrior on Age of Kings Heaven's scenario design forum saying he wanted to make a game, although it took a few years before the DoF concept popped up. The predecessor of DoF was called Elements, does anyone else remember that?

I was looking for a RTS game which I played for some time ago, which I couldn't remember the name. So I googled "RTS game" and somehow found DoF, which I think has a huge potential (based on the 10 minutes I've known about it, DLing Beta atm).
