Default Will players be unable to attack you until you get your city up and running?

Will players be unable to attack you until you get your city up and running, and at what threshold can they attack you? Because that would suck if your log in the first time and some guy who has been playing longer then you attacks you right of the bat before you are ready.

No, they will not be able to attack you until you are well into running your city.
In addition, only players within your general level range can battle you.

Is there at least a tutorial then? That way you don't just sit there wondering what you are doing, reading tool tips and descriptions, and looking up information when all of a sudden you get attacked!?

I like this, I hate games that you just get killed in right off the bat. because someone has been playing for longer.

Yea. In my lifetime of experiences with RTS games it is always best to have a tutorial. Otherwise people will try to screw you over every chance they have :/ Not everyone mind you but a good majority...

After a player is attacked, how soon can another player attack them? In other words, what is the downtime between battles in the online kingdom mode?

How will the Battles work if i am offline, and then get attacked by an enemy player?

I think of three possibilities :

First: Bot , he will organize your units and defends your possession. Perhaps he will be incarned by a npc which can be upgraded , each upgrade giving more difficulties for the attacker.

Second: Your job, When you are online you puts units on wall , give them patrol order etc etc and when you are attacked while offline , they act on their own and attack everything the see.

Third : Invulnerability, When you're offline you cannot be attacked. But if you disconnect during an attack, You will be declared loser and be looted.
