True i have seen many game rush and they fail becouse of that. And true the trailer wasnt super but becouse it show that they are making unique rts with lots of tactical things on it. It got me hooked. I first thought it was april days joke untill after video i looked more in to it. Only becouse the guy in video sounded so.. Mm.. like in poor movie trailer
And in tactic games game balance is realy important, no one like games where only 1 faction or race can dominate. But there can be total balance only if game has 1 race/faction, but its booring. We can come realy close balance with many race/factions but its not allways easy if we want them to be realy diffirent from each other. But i just hope they finish this game with great balance and that it makes to the gamers hearts.

I seriously thought that it was a april-fools joke the trailer, saw it first on april 1st and the voice acting was just... well, I had a good laugh!
 Nice suprise to see that there IS such a game in development though, it seems highly interesting!

Luckily to me i saw it looooong before 1st April
 . In fact it was almost a year ago But i agree with the voiche acting being wierd

The trailer doesn't need to have any kind of special "voice". The best thing, imo, would be to actually have one of the developers talk normally and explain the game's features as they're being shown in the trailer. I think that would inspire much more confidence than any kind of "acting".

I typically agree that no voice acting is better than bad voice acting. Narration and unit-responses are particularly critical. I hope Reverie can find good voices for the final product.

Same here. On one video I saw the voice actor was shouting about attacking an enemy from 100yds. away as if they were already in battle.

You're all right, Reverie seriously needs someone to do a serious trailer, even if it's one of the producers explaining the game.
