I was playing the hell out of BattleForge for a while. The whole trading-card mechanic was pretty cool. Too bad you had to be exorbitant amounts of money for 'em.
There's also some game called Picaroon I was interested in until I found out it was exactly like every other MMORTS that tried to be a persistent world.
Oh, and I was in the SC2 beta from May onward. I found it funny that they made a lot of the same changes they did during the early stages of the original game.
