Lua is one of the easier languages to learn, I'm sure you'll be able to pick up enough from doing a few tutorials and looking at the scenarios released with Dawn of Fantasy to be able to script your own scenarios.

Wouldnt this kind of improvisation cause optimization issues? Loading full 3d objects still has to be done, even though they may be shrunken in size and other dimensions.
But really nice ways of improvising though. I find this article very useful as I'm planning to actively get into level design soon, particularly with DoF as a start.

Love the pics and the descriptions on whats being done and the purpose. I also like how you used many other buildin for the torches of the orc bridge....very creative well done keep up the amazing work.

After discovering the single player has been dramatically changed from what it initially was, the editor is the only reason I'm still interested in this game...

Being a warcraft3 fanatic i CANNOT wait to try out all the custom games the editor looks amazing going to spend the time im not online in the editor see you later life gonna make a stage.

Using the scenario editor I will try to remake Ostragar from Dragon Age and if possible(might be very difficult) the Boletarian Palace from Demon's Souls(if anyones ever played the ps3 game).
